2 IP addresses, 40 matches: Tufts tries to cut RIAA driftnet

The RIAA is looking for the identities of 11 Tufts University students so it can offer them generous copyright infringement settlement terms. One problem: two of the IP addresses in question were in use by as many as 40 students.
