Good article, but...

Why is it that if I were to say in general conversation, "I was talking to this black man the other day..." that the immediate outraged response would be, "Why does he have to be a *black* man? Why couldn't he just be a *man*?" Yet there is the issue of "Black America" constantly shoved in my face? Do we now have two Americas?

My point is this: those of us that are trying very hard not to distinguish are constantly being forced to distinguish. Let it die already. Let a man be a man; let America be America. The sooner the media whores quit all this division-causing rhetoric, the sooner we can truly become a unified America.

Thank you and good night.

This is nothing short of extorion on the part of the Congressional Black Caucus, Jesse Jackson, and Georgetown Partners to steel value from the shareholders and give it Georgetown Partners. If Georgetown Partners or other minorties want to be in this business, they have the option to buy shares like everyone else. It is the epitome of being self-serving for the Congressional Black Caucus to say if there is nothing in this for our friends, then it is not in the public's interest. How long will the public allow this race card to be played ii politics? They are perpetuating racism by expecting such favortism. It is disgusting and they are disgusting!

I think Google may provide 2 differents components for consumers:
- a device made by (I-dont-know-which-company) running Android as OS
- Android to be "rent" by already known mobile phones "builders"

Let's wait & see...
I suppose we shoud see a Google Phone this year (2008).

Nice website,

It certainly appears to be of value to many web users. I also have a cheap DVD website. It pretty much contains DVDs from all the main categories at pretty low prices. Why not take a look if you get the chance?

Credit shouldn't go to Sam Zell, instead credit the original firm to adopt this document:

http://www.localtvllc.com/aboutus/Local_TV_Policy_Manual.pdf
-vs-
http://corporate.tribune.com/media/pdf/New%20Handbook.pdf

Nobody can argue that Tribune's "new" handbook isn't the same as the "Local TV, LLC" policy manual. Given that Randy, one of Zell's lieutenants, was CEO of Local TV before joining Tribune, it's not like Tribune can be accused of plagiarizing.

A breezy and irreverent handbook maybe worked out for an 800 person startup, but will it scale to a Fortune 1000 firm with twenty times the staff?

Great video, I think they were very sincere about getting the message out there, I glad you posted on your site, since this is the first time I heard of it. Wake up mainstream media or should I say, wake up sheeple.
