Comcast sends NFL Network cease-and-desist note

Convergence now has live entertainment providers with content creating cable outlets much to the dismay of cable operators who want to control the content. The case is now in court because the NFL Network wants to be part of basic cable and has used an ad to get some consumers to switch. I see the NFL net pulling an NBC with an online ad model.
